General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Business University Plus (“BU+”, “we”, or “the University”) BU+ Influencer Rewards – Refer & Earn Program (the “Program”). By registering, accessing, or participating in the Program in any way, you (“you”, “your”, or “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not, and should not, sign up to participate in the Program.

 

1. Program Overview

The BU+ Refer & Earn Program is a global promotional and affiliate initiative that allows approved individuals, influencers, and referrers to earn commissions, bonuses, and incentives by referring new students who enroll at BU+. This is a performance-based opportunity, not an employment, agency or joint venture relationship.

All program benefits are discretionary, subject to change, and fully managed by Business University Plus.

 

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

  • Register with truthful and accurate personal and payment information.

  • Be approved by BU+ official communications to receive a unique referral link.

Business University Plus reserves the right to approve, deny or remove any participant at its sole discretion.

3. Referral Process

  • Upon acceptance, you will receive a unique referral link to promote BU+ program.

  • Referred students must use your unique link at the time of enrollment to be eligible.

  • BU+ will determine, track, and verify all referral enrollments internally.

  • BU+ retains sole authority to validate and accept or reject referred enrollments.

4. Rewards, Commissions & Incentives

  • Details of commissions, bonuses, prizes and incentives ("Rewards") will be specified through official website or email communications. You may earn Rewards for each eligible student enrollment attributed to your referral.

  • The specific rewards, commission percentage, payout duration, structure, and bonus terms are set by Business University Plus and may change at any time, with or without prior notice.

  • No aspect of the Program is fixed or guaranteed; all commissions, bonuses, and incentives are at Business University Plus discretion.

BU+ reserves the unrestricted right to add, modify, suspend, or terminate any referral, commission rate, payout policy, bonus offer, or incentive model at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

Refer to the current Program Portal or Official Communications from Business University Plus for the latest reward's structure.

5. Payments

  • Rewards and Payments are generally made monthly to the Participant account through bank transfers, online payment platforms or direct deposits, subject to completion of enrollment, payment verification, and internal processing. Business University Plus may request personal information from the participant in order to make the payment effective, as well as to change the payment method and payouts schedule with or without prior notice.

  • Business University Plus reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or cancel rewards in cases of:

    • Enrollment cancellations or refunds.

    • Fraudulent or ineligible referrals.

    • Breach of these Terms or any policy.

  • Participants are solely responsible for taxes, fees, and compliance with local financial laws.

6. Brand Use & Conduct

As a BU+ Influencer Rewards Participant, you agree to:

  • Represent the BU+ brand professionally and truthfully.

  • Use only approved logos, assets, and messaging provided by BU+ Team.

  • Never offer unapproved incentives or make misleading claims.

  • Avoid spam, harassment, or unethical behavior online or offline.

BU+ may issue brand guidelines at any time, which you must comply with to remain in good standing.

7. Independent Contractor Status

This Program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. You operate as an independent contractor—a free agent—entirely responsible for your own business activity, compliance, and liabilities.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are not entitled to employment benefits.

  • BU+ is under no obligation to continue offering you opportunities or payments beyond what is expressly earned and verified.

8. Termination & Removal

Business University Plus may, at its sole discretion:

  • Terminate your participation at any time, for any reason or no reason.

  • Withhold or cancel unpaid commissions if you breach the Terms or harm Business University Plus reputation.

  • Permanently ban you from the Program for fraud, misconduct, or abuse of any kind, and pursue legal action if warranted by the circumstances.

You may also choose to terminate your participation at any time by notifying BU+ Influencer Rewards Team in writing by email.

9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information, including:

  • Student data,

  • Internal business practices,

  • Program structures or payouts not publicly disclosed.

You must also comply with all relevant data protection regulations, such as GDPR or others applicable in your jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual Property

All associated content, logos, trademarks, materials, and the university's educational content remain the exclusive intellectual property of BU+. You may not alter, copy, or misuse BU+ property in any form. Any license granted is:

  • Non-exclusive,

  • Revocable, and

  • Limited to Program-related promotions.

11. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

BU+ shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits or commissions,

  • Technical issues or delays,

  • Indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BU+ from any legal claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your conduct,

  • Breach of these Terms, or

  • Unauthorized use of BU+ materials or systems.

12. Program Modifications

BU+ reserves full and final authority to:

  • Change, pause, or terminate the Program at any time,

  • Revise any Program terms, reward structures, or eligibility rules,

  • Make such changes without prior notice.

Continued participation constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws.

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in these courts, unless another forum is mutually agreed upon in writing.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By joining or continuing in the Refer & Earn Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must not participate and sign up  for the Program.
